For the third time, the expert Zelenina was received in the Bryansk regional court

The Bryansk Regional Council again received the case of an alleged attempt to import 42 tons of unpeeled confectionery poppy in relation to the head of the chemical and analytical laboratory of the Penza Research Institute of Agriculture Olga Zelenina. This was reported to the "Franes" by lawyer Yevgeny Gubin, representing the interests of the accused.

The preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 8. The court will consider this case for the third time.

On April 25, the FSKN Office in Moscow for the third time announced the end of the investigation in the case of Zelenina. The case was sent to the prosecutor's office. Gubin then noticed that FSKN investigators did not eliminate the contradictions, because of which the case was returned to the prosecutor for the second time. The new accusation, against Zelenina on February 15 , almost literally repeats the old, incriminated back in 2013, the lawyer pointed out.

In the current version of the indictment, the expert was charged with the same compositions as in the previous one - part 5 of Article 33 - Part 2 of Article 210 (awarding to the member of the criminal community, from 5 to 10 years of the colony) and part 1 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code (abuse of authority, up to 4 years).

FSKN excited the "poppy business" in 2010. Its main defendant is businessman Sergei Shilov. He was charged with an attempt to import 42 tons of unpeeled confectionery poppy in the country, that is, a poppy with impurities, which, stated, can be used to make drugs. In total, 13 accused, six of which are enclosed in jail.

Zelenina is charged with the preparation of an expert opinion on the accordance of the compliance with the MAC imported by the established standards. Based on this conclusion, the "poppy business" had to be stopped.

Later, the investigation, however, was resumed, and one of his defendants did Zelenin itself. According to the security forces, the scientist at Shilov falsified her conclusions. She was charged with aiding drug smuggling and preparing for their illegal sales in an organized group.

On August 15, 2012, Zelenin was detained. The Zyuzinsky District Court of Moscow sent her to a pre -trial detention center. However, on September 24, 2012, the Moscow City Court canceled the decision on the arrest of the scientist and sent the case on the measure of suppression for a new consideration. The next day, the same Zyuzinsky court freed Zelenin from custody .

On September 26, 2012 , the case was opened against Zelenina on the abuse of authority . According to the head of the FSKN, Viktor Ivanov, the scientist, "without authority, presented expert conclusions without making examinations with the subject itself, which contained drugs."

On November 24, 2013 Zelenina reported that the initial charges of making smuggling and the sale of drugs were removed from her.

After the arrest of Zelenina, members of the Public Chamber and the Public Council under the Ministry of Education and Science stood up for her. The Union of Solidarity with the political prisoners recognized the arrested Politsek .

Zelenina's case was already entered twice in the Bryansk Regional Court, and both times in 2014 and December 14, 2015 - the judges returned materials to the prosecutor at the defense of the defense. At the same time, at the beginning of the second process, the lawyers of the accused also stated that the indictment of the word is repeated to the word that the court rejected in the first process.

The last time Zelenina’s accusation was overthrown four days after her case on February 11 came from the prosecutor's office to the FSKN. The investigation group in the "poppying case" includes 34 drug police, led by Colonel Bocharov.

Zelenina is a leading Russian specialist in the selection of non -signal varieties of oil mac and sowing hemp. She repeatedly participated as an expert in criminal proceedings on charges of the circulation of drug -containing plants and prohibited substances of plant origin. At the same time, her conclusions often did not coincide with the FSKN indictment, including for “grocery” affairs especially sensitive for the special services.
