In Stupino, the city prosecutor's office filed a criminal case against Otar Balanchivadze for posting xenophobic videos and texts on the VKontakte network.
In June 2016, the Stupino city prosecutor's office approved the indictment in the criminal case against Otar Balanchivadze. He is accused of pgo part 1 of art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity).
Recall that Otar Balanchivadze is suspected of what he created on the social network VKontakte three pages (one under his own name, and two under pseudonyms), and also the group "Georgia", in which, using his pages, he posted images and texts with calls for violence against the "Slavs".
The criminal case was sent for consideration on the merits to the Stupino City Court.
