Fine for posting extremist audio recordings on a social network

In Smolensk, a local resident was brought to administrative responsibility for posting audio recordings from the federal list of extremist materials on a social network.
On May 18, 2016, the Industrial District Court of Smolensk brought a local resident M. Mazov to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (mass distribution of extremist materials, included in the published list of extremist materials).

The prosecutor's office found in the public domain in one of the social networks on a page owned by a local resident, audio materials that were recognized as extremist by a court decision and included in the federal list of extremist materials.
