Apatity: administrative fine for publishing prohibited songs on social networks

In June 2016 in the city of Apatity, Murmansk region, the court fined a local resident who published banned songs on the VKontakte network.

In June 2016, in the city of Apatity, Murmansk region, there were initiated an administrative case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

The case was initiated against a local resident who published in social network "VKontakte" some banned early songs listed in Federal list of extremist materials.

Unfortunately, it was not reported which songs in question.

The court found the young man guilty and fined.
