Dalnerechensk: fine for selling a disc with banned songs of the group “Corrosion of Metal”

In April 2016 in the city of Dalnerechensk, Primorsky Krai an administrative case was initiated under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (distribution extremist materials).

The case was initiated against an entrepreneur in whose store, during the check, a CD was found with the recording of the songs of the Metal Corrosion group, including those that were previously were considered extremist.

In June 2016, it became known that the court recognized the entrepreneur guilty and fined 2,000 rubles.
