The case was initiated against a 28-year-old local resident who published a banned song on his page on the social network VKontakte neo-Nazi group "Russian banner" (p. 3015 of the Federal list of extremist materials ).
On June 14, 2016, the court found the young man guilty and fined 3,000 rubles.
