Artem: administrative fine for selling a disc with a banned song

In June 2016, in the city of Artem, Primorsky Krai, the court fined a local resident for 2,000 rubles for selling a CD with a banned song. The case was initiated against a 56-year-old local woman who, according to law enforcement agencies, she sold CDs, among which was one with recording some banned song.
