In Pskov, a case against a xenophobic schoolboy was brought to court

In June 2016, in Pskov, the case against 17-year-old schoolboy who posted several xenophobic videos in social network.

In June 2016, the investigation into the case was completed in Pskov on inciting national hatred (Art. 1 st. 282 of the Criminal Code).

A 17-year-old schoolboy will soon be in the dock, which, according to law enforcement agencies, in 2014 and 2015 published on his page on the social network, videos promoting racist violence.

The young man fully admitted his guilt and declared repentance.

The case has already been referred to the court for consideration on the merits.
