In June 2016, in Bryansk, the court ruled in the case on inciting ethnic hatred (part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code) and public calls for extremism (part 2 of article 280 of the Criminal Code).

In the dock was a 25-year-old local resident, who was accused of being from October 2013 to May 2015 published xenophobic images on the VKontakte social network and videos.

Unfortunately, it was not reported what kind of materials in question.

During the investigation, it turned out that the accused suffers from mental disease.

The Bezhitsky District Court decided to apply coercive measures to the activist medical nature.
