It has been established that the man posted in the public domain on the social network a video “Skinheads Appeal to the Russian Nation!”. This video recording was recognized as extremist material by the decision of the Kurgan City Court dated December 11, 2014 and included in the federal list of extremist materials.
The prosecutor initiated an administrative offense case against a local resident under Article 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (mass distribution of extremist materials included in the published federal list of extremist materials).
