In Saratov, a conviction for speaking at a rally was dropped

The Zavodskoy District Court has completed consideration of the petition of pensioner Yuri Kutuzov to have his conviction for inciting ethnic hatred removed from him. The court granted the request.

So far, the data about him remains on the list of terrorists and extremists of the Federal Financial Monitoring Service, but should be removed from there after a ruling is received from the Zavodskoy District Court.

Recall that he was fined on November 29, 2013 for speaking at rally organized by the movement "People's militia them. Minin and Pozharsky "(NOMP), in Saratov on April 14, 2013 of the year. The pensioner paid the fine on July 14, 2015. Given the proper behavior of Yuri Kutuzov, the court expunged his criminal record.
