video

hatred towards the social group "employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Tverskaya
region" (part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code) and insulting a representative of the authorities (art. 319

Kazakov, who has a law degree, was denied a job district police officer. However, during a conversation with the head of the department personnel of the city administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he filmed with a hidden camera. After that, a criminal case was initiated against him on the fact posting comments on this video. On June 24, 2016, the State Duma adopted in the second and third readings a package of two
bills on strengthening measures to counter terrorism, the initiators
which became senator Viktor Ozerov and deputy Irina Yarovaya.

According to the final version amendments, providers will have to store information about the facts of communication citizens within one year, and the calls and correspondence themselves - up to six months, but the final retention period is determined by the government (previously proposed store this information much longer). On the eve it became known that the committee withdrew norms from one of the bills on the restriction on leaving the country for those who have a criminal record terrorist and extremist orientation, as well as the clause on "voluntary" loss of citizenship by those who have another citizenship or a guarantee of its acquisition and, in doing so, convicted of crimes of a terrorist and extremist orientation or without approval are service in the army or law enforcement agencies of other states, as well as work in international structures in which Russia does not participate.
One of the adopted bills, among other things, obliges the organizers dissemination of information on the Internet, under the threat of a fine, transfer the keys to the FSB to decrypt the correspondence of users, and providers - upon receipt of a request law enforcement agencies to terminate contracts with subscribers if within 15 days, the compliance of the user's personal data with data specified in the contract. In addition, the bill significantly limits missionary activity: it prohibits missionary work in residential premises, and also directs missionaries to act on behalf of a registered religious group.
The second bill concerns a significant increase in penalties for crimes of a terrorist and extremist orientation, as well as for organizing illegal migration, lowering the age of criminal responsibility for a number of crimes (mainly of a terrorist nature). He also introduces into the Criminal Code an article on non-reporting of a crime of terrorist orientation. In addition, criminal penalties are introduced for inducing organizing riots.
