Judge Logash, leading to his decision, mentions the presence of penalties in Navalny during the time in the Oryol IK-5, his placement in the schizo and recognition by a malicious violator. “He has not changed his attitude to the regime of content,” the judge notes. He refers to a characteristic from a colony, which said that Navalny ignores educational events. The judge does not find the arguments of the defense convincing.

The day before, it became known, before the meeting on Uda Navalny, convicted of three and a half years of the colony in the Yves Rocher case, received three more penalties from the colony administration.

Oleg Navalny did not exclude that in connection with the penalties, a decision would be made instead of the urge to move him from a general regime colony to prison. According to him, by the present moment 12 out -of -not pennies have accumulated on him.
