Punk arrested for extremist materials on social networks

In Salekhard, the court found 23-year-old Alexei Moldanov guilty of spreading extremist materials and sentenced him to five days arrest.

In June 2016, the Salekhard city court found 23-year-old Aleksey Moldanov guilty under Article 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (distribution of extremist materials). The court sentenced the young man to five days of arrest.

Employees of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for Salekhard found audio files on the social network that are included in the federal list of extremist materials. The media write that the songs of the groups "Krovostok" or "Kolovrat" became the reason for bringing to administrative responsibility.
