Trial in the case of the NSI leader

In St. Petersburg, it was taken to court criminal case against the leader of the banned far-right organization "People's social initiative” (NSI) by Dmitry (Schultz) Bobrov.
In June 2016 in St. Petersburg criminal case against the leader of the banned far-right organization "People's Social Initiative” (NSI) Dmitry Bobrov was taken to court.

Recall that the case was initiated upon the publication of D. Bobrov March 21, 2016 in the social network "VKontakte" of the text of the article "Racial Doctrine". It is noteworthy that this is the same text for which June last year, his first criminal case was initiated (for more details, see here ).

D. Bobrov himself insists that the article does not incite national hatred and that is why he posted it on social media again.

On September 26, 2016, the Krasnogvardeisky Court of St. Petersburg heard the testimony of three people, among whom were Sergei Bondar and Viktor Polyakov, who are on trial on the case of the murder of a citizen of Uzbekistan. The prosecutor was interested in the relationship of the witnesses with Bobrov. They reported that they never talked to him personally and what he does did not know. The public prosecutor saw contradictions with their initial indications. In particular, investigators Bondar and Polyakov said that they were aware of the activities of the NSI.

Earlier D.Bobrov previously headed the neo-Nazi group "Schulz-88", whose members carried out attacks on foreigners and anti-fascists. In 2003 he was arrested and sentenced to 6 years for creation of an extremist community, was released in 2009. After liberation, he headed the far-right organization NSI, which in September 2015 year was recognized as extremist.
