More than 300 participants in protests against a police violence were arrested in the United States

At least 309 people were arrested over the weekend in the United States during protests against a police violence, CNN reports .

In particular, in the city of Baton-Rozh, 160 people were detained during protests due to the murder of an African American in Louisian, Associated Press reports.

According to the agency, during the next protest, hundreds of people gathered on the streets of the city opposite the police department. The demonstration was controlled by dozens of police officers in equipment and with plastic shields.
