Verkhny Ufaley: the investigation into the case against a local neo-Nazi has been completed

In July 2016 in the city of Upper Ufaley of the Chelyabinsk region, the case was submitted to the court under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code and art. 280 of the Criminal Code against an 18-year-old local neo-Nazi, who published on his page on the social network some xenophobic texts and images.

In July 2016 in the city Verkhny Ufaley, Chelyabinsk region, the investigation of the criminal case was completed according to part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred) and part 2 of Art. 280 UK (public calls for extremism).

An 18-year-old local resident will soon be in the dock, who, according to the investigation, since December 2014 and October 2015 he published on his page in social network some xenophobic texts and images.

It is reported that the young man was a supporter of neo-Nazi views

The case was transferred to the Verkhneufaleisky city court for consideration according to essence.
