Three activists of the Misanthropic Division association were detained

July 2016 in Moscow, Three association activists were detained in Arkhangelsk and Rostov-on-Don Misanthropic Division.

It is reported that for them a measure of restraint in the form of detention was chosen.

The arrests took place within investigation of the case against the alleged leader of the group, citizen of Belarus Dmitry Pavlov (Fuhrer), who, we recall, is accused under Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code (public calls for carrying out terrorist activities), part 2 of article 280 of the Criminal Code (public appeals extremist activities), Parts 1 and 2 of Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code (creation and organization of the activities of an extremist community), paragraph "c" part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (excitation national hatred), part 3 of Art. 354.1 of the Criminal Code (rehabilitation of Nazism).

Unfortunately the details are not are reported.

Recall Misanthropic Division - this group of radical neo-Nazi pagans received fame against the backdrop of events in the South-East of Ukraine and supports the current Kyiv authorities. The association was recognized as extremist and banned on territory of the Russian Federation by the decision of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Court on 17.07.2015.

Note that supporters "Misanthropic Division" have already been convicted of committing extremist crimes, some are defendants criminal cases.
