The prosecutor's office supported the FSIN demand to change the conditional punishment of the blogger Alexei Navalny in the Yves Rocher case for a real period of imprisonment, agencies report.
We will remind, earlier the Federal Penitentiary Service asked the court for systematic violations to change the conditional punishment of the blogger Alexei Navalny, convicted of the embezzlement of the funds of IV Rocher, to the real one.
According to the FSIN, Navalny systematically does not fulfill the duties of a conditionally convicted person assigned to him. So, more than twice during 2015 did not appear at the inspection for registration on the day established for this without a good reason. (Navalny himself emphasizes that he was on vacation, as the FSIN notified).
