Perm: a verdict was passed in the case under Art. 280

At the end of July 2016 in Perm, the court sentenced imprisonment and a fine of a local resident who published xenophobic texts with calls for violence on social media.

At the end of July 2016, a sentence was passed in Perm in the case on public calls for extremism (part 2 of article 280 of the Criminal Code).

In the dock was a 23-year-old local resident, which, according to law enforcement agencies, has repeatedly published on its page on the VKontakte social network some xenophobic texts calling for violence.

The court found the young man guilty and sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment and a fine of 100 thousand rubles.
