

The Prosecutor General of the Prosecutor's Office of Azerbaijan opened a criminal case against supporters of the Turkish preacher Fethullah Gulen, said Eldar Sultanov, head of the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office, writes Interfax.
“In order to prevent illegal actions in Azerbaijan, the Prosecutor General’s Office aroused the Criminal Code of the AR of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan in relation to supporters of Fethullah Gulen, who accused of Turkey in organizing an attempt of a coup d'etat,” Sultanov said.
The local media reported that the “resident” of Gulen in Azerbaijan is the head of the opposition party of the Popular Front (PNFA) Ali Kerimly.
