JSC "Mosproekt-2", which was engaged in the design of temples "Programs-200" went to court to recover from the Russian Orthodox Church a debt for work.
In mid-August, it became known that OJSC Mosproekt-2 appealed to the Moscow Arbitration Court with nine lawsuits against the Russian Orthodox churches. The plaintiff hopes to recover from the ROC a debt in the amount of more than 6.9 million rubles for work on the design of temples being built under the "Program-200".
According to the Deputy General Director of Mosproekt-2 for economy and finance Olesya Bobkova, debtors refuse to pay, despite the existence of contracts, and are asked to consider the funds spent as donations.
