Kostroma: Fine for the song "Heroes of the ROA"

In Kostroma, a local resident was fined for the song of the group "Kolovrat" "Heroes of the ROA" in the social network "VKontakte".
In August 2016, in Kostroma, a court fined a local resident under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (mass distribution extremist materials included in the published federal list of extremist materials).

During the audit, it was established that the accused posted in free access on the social network "VKontakte" the song of the group "Kolovrat", recognized by the decision of the Kominternovsky District Court of Voronezh on February 16, 2012 as extremist and included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials.

The court brought the man to administrative responsibility and imposed a fine on him.
