In Murmansk, a writer was fined for publishing a swastika

In Murmansk, a court fined local writer Anton Blagin for publications on their pages "VKontakte" and "LiveJournal" photos "depicting a black swastika in a white circle on a gray background."

August 30, 2016 Leninsky District Court of Murmansk found local writer Anton Blagin guilty under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 Administrative Code (propaganda or public demonstration of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols, or paraphernalia or symbols similar to Nazi paraphernalia or symbols to the point of mixing).

An earlier prosecutor's check established that A. Blagin posted a photo on his VKontakte and LiveJournal pages "depicting a black swastika in a white circle on a gray background."

Since A. Blagin has already been held accountable for committing an offense of an extremist nature, the court decided to fine him for two thousand rubles.

Recall that in April against A. Blagin was initiated criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremist activities) for calling for reprisals against Jews.
