Pskov: administrative fine for publishing prohibited songs on social networks

In September 2016, it became known that in Pskov the court fined a local resident for 1,000 rubles for publishing prohibited songs in one of the groups in the social network "VKontakte".

In September 2016, it became known that in Pskov there were initiated an administrative case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (mass distribution prohibited materials).

The case was started against a local resident who, as reportedly published in the group administered by him on the VKontakte network some previously banned songs.

It is reported that the young man is not a "participant radical movements.

The court found him guilty and fined him 1,000 rubles.
