On September 10, 2016, in the Omsk grill bar "Drova" on Khimikov Street in the Soviet District, bar security officers and three visitors beat a married couple.
One of the victims, Omsk resident Gulnara Mukasheva, reported that "we were attacked and beaten ... who acted together, presumably based on racial, national or religious hate."
The victims were hospitalized. The attack was registered with the police.
