In September 2016, in the Moscow region, a court sentenced six ultra-rightists aged 17-19. (They were all minors at the time of the crimes).
Depending on the role of each, they were found guilty under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for the implementation of extremist activities), paragraph "a" part 3 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm to the victim), part 4 of article 111 of the Criminal Code (deliberate infliction of grievous bodily harm resulting in the death of the victim through negligence), part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy).
Recall that, according to the case file, in February 2015, a 17-year-old resident of the Moscow Region posted remarks on his page in a collective chat, “which, according to the expert, contain incentives to participate in the White Wagon action scheduled for February 14, 2015.” Replies were viewed by chat participants. On the appointed day, they met in the metro and went to the station "Silikatnaya" and the station "Chekhov" of the Moscow-Kursk direction of the Moscow railway. They beat two people of "non-Slavic appearance", another man died from his wounds.
On February 6, 2015, convicts, armed with knives, brass knuckles, sticks and gas cartridges, attacked a stranger in one of the city squares and beat him up. Fortunately, the victim managed to survive. Participated in this also those young people who were not involved in this case.
The court sentenced a young man who called "comrades-in-arms" to the "white car" to one and a half years imprisonment for hooliganism and incitement to extremism. 19 year old participant of the action received two years in prison, three more convicts received four years, and a minor - 4.5 years in an educational colony.
