Another verdict in the Hizb ut-Tahrir case has been handed down in Moscow.

Another verdict was passed in Moscow against Sobirjon Usmonov, a member of Hizb ut-Tahrir.

On September 13, 2016, the Moscow District Military Court delivered a verdict in against a citizen of Tajikistan Sobirjon Usmonov (43 years old), a member of Hizb ut-Tahrir".

He was found guilty under Part 2 of Art. 205.5 of the Criminal Code (participation in activities terrorist organization) and sentenced to 6 years in prison with serving a sentence in a correctional colony of general regime.

S. Usmonov was detained in Moscow in October 2015.

Recall that we consider it unlawful to accuse the followers of Hizb ut-Tahrir" in terrorism only on the basis of party activities (conducting meetings, reading literature, etc.).
