Kaliningrad: the memorial to Soviet soldiers is covered with Nazi symbols

In September 2016, an act was committed in Kaliningrad neo-Nazi vandalism.

According to media reports, at the monument dedicated to Soviet soldiers, in Marche Aschmann Park, unknown people painted a swastika and symbols of the SS troops.

An investigation has been launched into the vandalism.
