In Tatarstan, the case of nine more alleged participants of the Chistopol Jamaat has been brought to court

In Tatarstan, the case of nine people accused of including the arson of churches.  

On September 19, 2016, the prosecutor's office of Tatarstan approved indictment against nine people - alleged participants Chistopol Jamaat.

38-year-old Marat Sabirov, 32-year-old Rafael Zaripov, 38-year-old Airat Sitdikov, 36-year-old Almaz Galeev, 25-year-old Mikhail Martyanov, 29-year-old Ruslan Gafurov, 39-year-old Dzhaudat Ganeev, 29-year-old Stanislav Trofimchik, 53-year-old Ramil Abitov, depending on the degree of participation, is charged under Part 1 of Art. 210 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (creation of a criminal community), Part 1, Art. 205.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (creation terrorist community), p. "a" h.h. 2, 3 art. 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (terrorist act), part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation in the activities of the organization), part 1 of Art. 205.2 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public calls for terrorist activities and public justification of terrorism), paragraph “c” of Part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred and enmity) Part 1 Art. 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of activities organizations), part 3 of Art. 223 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal manufacture of firearms) weapons), part 3 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal acquisition, transfer, storage, transportation and carrying of firearms, their main parts, ammunition, explosives and explosive devices), paras. "a", "b" part 2 of Art. 171 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (carrying out business activities without registration and without a license in cases), paragraph "a" part 4 of Art. 174.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (financial transactions and other transactions with cash and other property).

According to the investigation, in 2012-2013 they, together with others were part of the organized community, and in November 2013 launched self-made rockets in the direction of the objects of OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim, and also set fire to a temple in Chistopol and a prayer house in the village of Lenino Novosheshminsky district. During the search, weapons and ammunition were seized from them. R. Gafurov on his page on the social network called for terrorist activities. In addition, M. Sabirov and A. Sitdikov illegally organized the collection of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

The defendants pleaded not guilty. The case was transferred to the Volga District military court.
