Ryazan: administrative fine for publishing a banned video of the Format-18 movement on a social network

In September 2016, in Ryazan, the court fined 1.5 thousand rubles of a local resident for posting a banned video on a social network neo-Nazi organization "Format-18".

In September 2016 in the Moscow region of Ryazan an administrative case was initiated under Art. 20.29 Administrative Code (mass dissemination of extremist materials).

The case was started against a local resident who, as reportedly published on his page in one of the social networks a banned video of the neo-Nazi organization "Format 18" under the name "Cleaver-gardeners".

This video was recognized as extremist by the decision of the Pervomaisky District Court Novosibirsk (p. 2009 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials ).

The Moscow District Court of Ryazan found the young man guilty and fined him 1.5 thousand rubles.
