In September 2016 in the Surgut region of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra, an administrative case was initiated under Art. 20.29 Code of Administrative Offenses (dissemination of extremist materials).

The case was initiated against a local resident born in 1991, who published on his page on the social network a certain forbidden audio clip.

The court found the young man guilty and fined him 2 thousand rubles.
