A case of inciting religious hatred has been opened in Ulyanovsk

In Ulyanovsk, a student who posted a video on a social network accused of inciting religious hatred.  

September 29, 2016 it became known about the excitation criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred and enmity in in relation to a group of persons on the basis of religious affiliation) in relation to 19-year-old resident of Ulyanovsk.

According to the investigation, a student of one of the city colleges in January-February 2015 published on published a video on his page on the social network, the content of which “had negative assessment of a certain group of people on the basis of their attitude to religion .
