In Kostroma, a criminal case has been initiated against a minor college student for xenophobic photo and video materials on a social network.
In the Kostroma region, a criminal case was initiated against a 17-year-old resident of Kostroma, suspected under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (incitement of national hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity).

According to investigators, in 2015-2016, the suspect posted photos and videos "aimed at inciting hatred" on the Internet in one of the social networks.

In November 2016, the case was referred to the court for consideration on the merits.   Sources
