Fine for audio recordings on social networks

In the Voronezh region, 18-year-old Evgeny Savin from the village of Novaya Usman was fined for the songs of the Grot group and 25/17 "Smoke", groups PS7.62 in the social network.

On September 28, 2016, the Novousmansky District Court found 18-year-old Yevgeny Savin guilty of committing an administrative offense, under Art. 20.29 Administrative Code Russian Federation (mass distribution of extremist materials included in published federal list of extremist materials). A resident of the village of Novaya Usman was sentenced to a fine of 3,000 rubles.

Previously on Savina's page social network, audio recordings of the Grotto group and 25/17 were discovered "Smoke", groups PS7.62 "Fascism will not pass", included in the list extremist materials of the Ministry of Justice of Russia.

At the court session, the young man admitted his guilt, deleted the audio recordings from his page, and stated that he repented of the administrative offense committed.
