Orthodox activists in Moscow detained and handed over to police street preachers and demanded that they be punished for illegal missionary work.
On October 7, 2016 in Moscow, representatives of the Orthodox Human Rights analytical center” detained eight citizens who preached in electric trains of the Yaroslavl direction.
The detainees were handed over to traffic police officers, and they delivered two of them to the ATC department. Orthodox activists wrote applications for involvement detainees to liability under Part 4 of Art. 5.26 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (implementation missionary activity in violation of the requirements of the legislation on freedom conscience, freedom of religion and religious associations).
