Seversk: administrative fine for publishing prohibited materials on social networks

In October 2016 in ZATO Seversk, Tomsk region an administrative case was initiated under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (mass distribution extremist materials) and art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda and public display of Nazi symbols)

The case was started against a local resident who, as reportedly published on his page in the social network "Vkontakte" some banned audio clips, as well as images with Nazi symbols.

Details, unfortunately, were not disclosed.

The court found him guilty and fined him.
