Bor: investigation into the case of publishing xenophobic materials on social networks has been completed

In October 2016, in the city of Bor, Nizhny Novgorod Region, to the court the case against a 24-year-old local resident accused under Art. 282 UK, Art. 280 of the Criminal Code and art. 212 of the Criminal Code.

In October 2016, in the city of Bor, Nizhny Novgorod Region, completed the investigation of the case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting a national hatred), h. 2 tbsp. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremism) and part 3 of Art. 212 UK (calls for riots).

A 24-year-old local will soon be in the dock a resident who is accused of posting on February 4 and April 20, 2015 on his page in the social network "Vkontakte" some xenophobic videos, and on April 24 of the same year published comments calling for racist violence.

He pleaded guilty to the charges.

Details, unfortunately, were not reported.

The case has already been referred to the court for consideration on the merits.
