This was announced on her Facebook by the lawyer Buchenkova Svetlana Sidorkina.

The charge was brought on the day before. Buchenkov is charged with six episodes.

Left activist Dmitry Buchenkov was arrested in December 2015. According to the investigation, on May 6, 2012, in Bolotnaya Square, he kicked a policeman and turned street toilets.

Meanwhile, at the Buchenkov at the May holidays, he was with his parents in Nizhny Novgorod and returned to Moscow late in the evening of May 6. A portrait examination, conducted by order of protection, established that the photographs in the case file not depicts Buchenkov, but another person.

“A person who performed actions that charged Dmitry Buchenkov is at large, and the investigation, having a large amount of video material and a huge administrative resource in the arsenal, for unknown reasons could not find a real person who committed the crime,” writes Sidorkina.
