The court found the young man guilty and fined.
Although formally this case is legitimate, in our opinion it is quite meaningless. Young man posted the video in 2012, when the video had not yet been recognized as extremist. Violation law, his act became only three years later, after the ban video in 2015. It is unlikely that something published so long ago could attract attention users of the social network, most likely from the actions of the defendant no one Suffered. Yeah and wasting court time and consequences for punishing a person for a minor offense committed four years ago, does not seem to us either expedient or reasonable. In our opinion, it was more correct to send a warning to the user prosecutor's office with the requirement to simply remove this old video.
