Krasnokamsk: two administrative fines in cases of publication of the banned film “Games of the Gods” on social networks

In October 2016, the city of Krasnokamsk, Perm Territory, the court fined two local residents for posting a banned film on VKontakte "Games of the Gods" In October 2016 in the city of Krasnokamsk, Perm Territory Two administrative cases were initiated under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (distribution extremist materials).

Cases were opened against a 29-year-old and a 41-year-old local residents who, independently of each other, published videos on the VKontakte social network with parts of banned neo-pagan anti-Semitic film "Games of the Gods".

The film was recognized as extremist on April 29, 2013 by decision of the Kirovsky District Court of the city of Ufa of the Republic of Bashkortostan (paragraph 2338 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials ).

The Krasnokamsk City Court of the Perm Territory recognized both residents of the city guilty and fined.
