In Kemerovo, the pastor of the New Generation Church was fined Yarovaya law for 40 thousand rubles.
On October 17, 2016, the Zavodskoy District Court of Kemerovo recognized Pastor of the New Generation Church Andrey Matyuzhov guilty under Part 4 of Art. 5.26 Administrative Code (implementation of missionary activity in violation of the requirements legislation on freedom of conscience, freedom of religion and religious associations). The court found it a violation of the fact that the pastor did not notify the administration and registering authorities about the creation of the church and did not register it, while performed worship services and published his sermons on the Internet.
The pastor was fined 40,000 rubles.
The court session, according to A. Matyuzhov, took place from violations: in particular, a certain woman who did not introduce herself and who the pastor once saw at a service, filmed in the courtroom, and this is prohibited.
Recall that earlier a citizen of Ukraine who visited the Kemerovo Church "New Generation" and publicly congratulated his wife A. Matyuzhov on the day birth, was fined under Part 5 of Art. 5.26 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
