The court rejected Volkov's appeal in the "microphone case"

The Novosibirsk Regional Court did not satisfy the appeal of the activist of the Demoralization Leonid Volkov, found guilty of the obstruction of the journalist's professional activity. It is reported by Interfax.

“The verdict was left unchanged,” said politician lawyer Vladimir Bandura. Thus, the decision of the court of first instance entered into legal force.

Volkov will appeal the verdict and appeal to the European Court of Human Rights.

Recall that the Central District Court of Novosibirsk found Volkov guilty of impoverishing the professional activity of the journalist and set a fine of 30 thousand rubles. The prosecutor asked Volkov to appoint two years conditionally in the “microphone case”.
