
The deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Natalya Poklonskaya opened the chapel in honor of the Holy Royal Martyrs of Sovereign Nicholas II and his family in Simferopol, RIA Novosti reports. The chapel was built at the walls of the Crimean prosecutor's office due to the contributions of employees of the supervisory authority.
It is noted that the construction began about a year ago. The initiative belongs to Poklonskaya itself. The chapel was built in honor of the Holy Royal Martyrs - Emperor Nicholas II, Empress Alexandra Fedorovna, Grand Duchess Olga, Tatyana, Maria, Anastasia and Tsarevich Alexei.
According to Poklonskaya, very rare handmade icons are placed in the chapel. Including, donated by herself and parishioners.
