The Moscow City Court canceled the decision of the Basmanny Court, who refused to adopt the lawsuit of the head of Rosneft Igor Sechin Olga to Novaya Gazeta, Interfax reports .
“The Moscow City Court returned the lawsuit to the district court, indicating that the statement of claim for production was accepted there,” the press service of the Moscow City Court said.
Sechin, like her husband, appealed to the court in connection with the publication of the “Secret of Princess Olga” of August 1. However, the Basmanny Court left a lawsuit without movement due to the shortcomings discovered, and on September 2 refused to accept it for consideration.
On October 10, the Moscow Basmanny Court satisfied Igor Sechin’s claim against Novaya Gazeta and ordered the editorial office to refute the article that he allegedly owns the Holy Princess Olga yacht. The editors should publish a refutation on the site and in the printed version of the newspaper.
Initially, it was reported that G. Lava Rosneft sought from the publication of the destruction of the entire circulation with the article “The Secret of Princess Olga” and the refutation of the information set forth in the material.
