From our point of view, a criminal case under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code against Gorokhovchanin unlawfully initiated. antifascists do not apply to vulnerable groups of the population in need of protection under this article. In addition, we believe that the indefinite concept of a social group in general should be excluded from the anti-extremist articles of the Criminal Code.
