
The Minister of Economic Development of Russia Alexei Ulyukaev personally did not receive the money that the Investigative Committee is called a bribe. This was written by the New Gazeta with reference to unnamed sources.
According to the interlocutors of the publication, called the SK “bribe” the amount was stored in the bank cell and Ulyukaev himself did not remove the money.
However, operational measures “indicate the presence of the minister’s claims for this money”, sources say.
The publication also notes that Oleg Feoktistov, head of the Rosneft Security Service, took an active part in the operation to detain the Minister of Economic Development of Russia, who, until August 2016, served as the First Deputy Head of the FSB USB.
Ulyukaev was detained by employees of the 3rd department of the FSB department and the 6th Service of the Office of the FSB. The publication explains that the K of the “K” carries out counterintelligence in the credit and financial sphere.
