Engels: administrative fine for publishing banned neo-Nazi songs

In November 2016, in the city of Engels, Saratov Region, a court fined a local resident 1,000 rubles for posting banned songs by neo-Nazi groups on VKontakte.
In November 2016, in the city of Engels, Saratov Region, an administrative case was initiated under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (distribution of prohibited materials).

The case was initiated against a local resident who, according to law enforcement agencies, published banned songs of neo-Nazi groups on his page on the VKontakte social network, namely: the song "Wake up!" groups "25/17", songs "Steel Eagles" and "Anthem of Russian Nationalists" of the group "Russian Banner", the song "Blood of Patriots" of the group "Kolovrat" and the song "Nowhere" of the group "Order".
The court found the young man guilty and fined him 1,000 rubles.
