In November 2016, in the city of Bue, Kostroma Region, an administrative case was initiated under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (dissemination of extremist materials).
The case was launched against a local resident who reportedly posted banned songs from the neo-Nazi group Kolovrat on his VKontakte page. Unfortunately, we don't know which songs we are talking about.
Recall that the songs of the Kolovrat group were recognized as extremist by decision of the Leninsky District Court of the city of Kemerovo and the Kominternovsky District Court of Voronezh, and included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials (paragraph 1101 and paragraphs 1223-1252).
The Buisky District Court found the Kolovrat fan guilty and fined him 1,000 rubles.
