Apatity: administrative fine for publishing prohibited videos on social networks

The case was initiated against a local resident, Semyon Nechaev, who, according to law enforcement agencies, posted some previously banned racist videos on his page on the VKontakte social network.

Unfortunately, it was not reported which videos are in question.
